Happy New Year

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all my readers a very Happy New Year.  I hope you have a healthy and very happy 2011.

I look forward to sharing more of my recipes with you this coming year.  One of the benefits of doing this blog, which I would never have predicted when I started out, has been meeting a lot of new friends – fellow bloggers and food lovers.  This has been wonderful.  I would like to thank all of you for your kind, supportive and often hilarious comments.  You really do brighten my day.

I hope this evening goes with a swing for all of you.  For my part it is highly likely that I will fall asleep on the sofa by about 9.30pm and wake up at about 11pm and decide that I am now far too grumpy and have neck ache because I fell asleep in an uncomfortable position and take myself off to bed.  Such a party animal!
